Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 2-5 days to a U.S. address, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at winniescraftcottage@gmail.com.
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address.
If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
Damaged Items and Replacements
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, reach out to us at winniescraftcottage@gmail.com to see if a replacement is available.
Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Packages Lost in Transit or Never Delivered
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit. Please send an email to winniescraftcottage@gmail.com and we will send a replacement to you provided we have that product in stock. Many items are one-of-a-kind or special order. A replacement will depend on availability
Return, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To request a return or exchange, email winniescraftcottage@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number and the address where to send your return to.
In your return package, please ensure your order number is included and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging.
Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order.
Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
Clearance, final sale or custom orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
